Halo Reach Pre Order Prosses/Verification problem.

Recently I have ordered Halo: Reach, for the Xbox 360 With a pre paid credit card. The order went over smoothly and I thought that was it, until the next day I received an email from Futureshop stating:

"We are currently unable to process order number (my order number) We need you to call us at 1-800-663-2275 (Future Shop customer service number) from the phone number your financial institute currently has on record for the credit card you used and provide one of the following two pieces of information:

1. The exact billing information on file at your financial institution as the information in your order must precisely match what is on file at your bank. Please note that, for your privacy, we cannot accept any credit card information sent by email.

2. We may need to contact you to verify the order, for your protection."

I called the number and proceeded to enter my order number for more information and/or to provided the information needed to process the order properly. Unfortunately the line said my order number was invalid.

At this point I currently do not know what to do about this situation and my order will be canceled in 5 days from the email if i cannot contact the store. Since my order number is apparently invalid on the customer service line I am unsure how to resolve this problem and require assistance.
