I bought an ION Drum Rocker from Futureshop last march, and i recently shipped it for the PRP. Now, when I called ahead to see if they had any in stock, they said that they did, but for $229.99. This confused me, as I bought mine for $299.99 (lowest price guarantee). I looked on  the website for any indication as to why it was cheaper. I found my answer in the PS3 specialty controllers, which concluded that it was a lower price because they don't sell the Drum Rocker with the cymbals anymore. This upset me as the cymbals were the aspect of it that made it seem more realistic.

I know that the PRP says that it will try to replace the product as closely as possible, but this doesn't cut it for me. I bought it for the reason of realism, and now that element has been removed. It isn't acceptable to purchase something at one time, only to realize that they don't sell half of it anymore after you have sent it in.

Is there anyone that can give me any advice as to where to go with this, or any comments or suggestions? It would be most appreciated.
