If you are pursuing the price-matching offer, do print out Laura's FAQ and take it with you. When I first asked at the Stockyards store in Toronto,this morning, clerk disappeared, came back, said, "Sorry, we are only refunding in 14 day window." So I waved my Jedi-sword FAQ print out, she disappears again, goes off looking for manager, reappears, and I was given the refund. Apparently I was first to have asked for it. Sounds like a memo to all your stores might be in order.
I received your flyer (Aug 26-Sept 1) and it shows the TP on sale for $399 and $499. I'm aware that your flyers are made in advance, but I'd like it if you could confirm that they are not on sale. I spoke to a sales associate earlier today who said you may receive shipment as of Friday morning.
