Well, I would have no idea how long is 75 business hours as I don't know how many business hours you guys have in a day. What it was stated in the replied email over a week ago was 2 business day for the issue to be resolved.
I hope a satisfactory solution for the issue would come out after 75 business hours with the hard work from your company, if a simple order inquiry or an acknowledgement of response would need to take that many hours of labour.
