I bought Dre's Beats Studio headphones a week ago and unfortunately the headband cracked.
I was wondering if I was allowed to get a refund or an exchange (with the receipt) if I went back to FutureShop?

Absolutely! We even extended our return policy to Jan 2nd for the holidays. Though I would recommend doing it sooner rather than later since it does get quite busy during those weeks.

So I bought these beats off of (competitor) to get a good deal and the first day I used it they failed on me. So when I got the headphones, inside was a little warranty booklet. I want to know if that is the warranty or not that I have on my headphones? Lastly, I don't have the receipt with me, am I still allowed to return it to any electronic store without them needing the receipt still fixing them??? Please respond immediately if you have a solution to my problem
