If you're referring to the cable, then no.
If it's the headphone casing that has fallen apart, you may have some recourse under warranty.

Greetings,
I just did some research into the Beats Solo by Dr Dre and a lot of people are having this problem. Here's the disturbing part:
Futureshop does not warranty snapped headphones because they are physical damage.
A lot of people have busted their Dr Dre Solo headphones (due to their fragile construction) and are out over $200.

A clarification needs to be made here, Futureshop does not warranty anything as they are not a manufacturer. Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer of your headphones and ask them, but typically physical breakages are not covered. If you have a Product Service Plan you purchased through Futureshop you can contact them at 1-800-663-2275 and ask, but the same applies there, physical damage is typically not covered, only manufacturing defects.
