Hello, Midway through December, just before Christmas I had purchased white beats studios. The man who had helped me with my purchase noticed that I really wanted the blue pair but they had none in stock. He later said that after Christmas when we get more in stock we can trade your white ones in for your blue. I agreed and went on with my day. Now, he never told me his name but I still remember what he looks like. Am I allowed to do this trade with no extra charge. Just a straight up beats for beats, color for color trade? I am really upset. Yeah I know it's just a colour but for the price I paid I want to enjoy them. Can anyone help with this issue?
