Hi, I purchased 2 headphones during the 50% off sale for my mom for christmas but I'm not sure which ones will fit confortably in here ears. She's got small ears

So can she open the packaging on them and try them out? And return 1 pair?

As long as you have your original receipt and it's within 30days of purchase (or up to January 8th for extended policy), return or exchange should not be a problem.

Even if the box is open? What do they do send it back to company?

Same return policy applies to open items as well and depending on the item, some of them will be marked as open box.
