Help - Replacement Policy if You have Lost the Receipt

I have purchased Bose-In Ear Headphones from my local future shop around December, and the headphones have recently started becoming quiet in the right ear. I was wondering if it's still possible to exchange these without a receipt; considering that these headphones come with a One Year limited warranty.
I did not use a credit or debit card, so the customers service desk won't be able to look for that piece of information.

The one year warranty is from the manufacturer, not Future Shop - you would have to deal with Bose directly. The only way Future Shop would be able to help you here is if you purchased the extended warranty they offered you at the time of purchase, in which case they will have the warranty information you need on their computer systems.
