Here’s a list of the top free ones that I have:

Wikipanion: search easily on wikipedia
Flashlight: turns the screen into a multicoloured flashlight
Movies: search showtimes near you, watch trailers, etc.
Shazam: listens to music playing and tells you the artist/title/album
Around me: like a POI (point of interest) feature on a GPS
TimmyMe: finds the nearest 5 tim horton’s locations to where you currently are
IDoodle2lite: for doodles

If some are no longer free (some may have began charging) then my apologies, but they used to be free.

Do you know a good one for calculating tips / splitting the bill at a restaurant? There are several but I am wondering if you’ve tried one that you’d recommend.

Yes, I forgot about that, try TipnGo. It is the best one I could find. It lets you calculate tip and split a bill among a group.

HI, here are some apps i have on my iPhone:

CubeRunner: a really fun game, but it can get pretty addictive haha

iBowl: Fun bowling game

Dactyl: You have to diffuse as many bombs as you can before the time runs out

Brain Tuner: Fun game, kinda like what they have for the DS

those are some games, and some other useful apps that i have are:

NowPlaying: lets you check what movies are playing in what theatre at what time, and you can even watch previews, a reallyy handy app, especially if your like me and watch a lot of movies!

Units: Its a pretty handy unit converter, and even has an onscreen ruler integrated into it

Thats it for now, but ill add some more on if i think of any!
