I think headphone products falls under the PRP, but I'm not 100% sure. But either way, it's either Product Replacement Plan (PRP) or Product Service Plan (PSP).
If you had purchased the Product Replacement plan (PRP), you can file your claim at the address provided below:

Otherwise, if it's Product Service Plan (PSP), you just need to bring it back in-store and customer service will handle the shipping for repairs.
Just need someone from the audio side to confirm which plan it is.

PRP returns can take 2-3 weeks, so just do all you can to ensure your headphones are the issue before going through the hassle.

If you are still using the "new" batteries that came packaged with the headphones, I would definitely try swapping them out first. I bought these last year, and the batteries packaged with the Beats lasted less than an hour. I thought something was wrong too until I popped in some new Duracells....
