These headphones are covered by a one-year warranty from the manufacturer.

We also offer a two year Replacement Plan on the Beats Solo HD, which gives you your money back on a gift card upon claim so you can choose to get a new pair of Beats or try another headphone or spend it on a toaster, a TV, a laptop, whatever you need at the time!

Product service plan on SOLO HD

I bought a pair of SOLO HD's on boxing day for $168, and had exchanged due to sound problem, and got another pair of SOLO HD's but got the product service plan, and was told that I am able to upgrade at anytime within two years. Would I be eligle to upgrade to the Wireless Beats when they are available?

rbuttar23 - the product service plan you purchased will - if your headphones stop working due to a defect - cover the cost of either (a) repairing your headphones or (b) providing you with replacement SOLO HD's (or headphones of similar specs) if they are not repairable. A product service plan does not entitle you to an upgrade of the original product you purchased.

I was told that if there was a new updated headphones of the SOLO HD's I can upgrade. I was told this by a sales person, who offered the PSP to me. Will the wireless beats considered the new updated Version, since they look like the SOLOs, and beats dubs them " Beats By Dre Wireless Solo headphones"

Your understanding of what the sales associate told you regarding the benefits of a product service plan does not match Future Shop's policy.

I just want to know they if i be able to buy a purchase services for the item i did not open new fully sealed which i forget to buy after i purchased the item?Can i go back to the store and buy a purchase plan for the headphones?I bought solo today on boxing day but im planning to buy a purchase warranty today on the store after i saw this item is easy to break.
