If you're asking whether or not a new iPod Touch purchased from Future Shop is covered under warranty, then yes, it is covered under a limited manufacturer warranty from Apple as we are a registered reseller of Apple products.
We do sell extended service plans on the iPod Touches for two and three year terms that have to be purchased within 30 days of the product.
