recently bought iPod Touch returns

[ Edited ]

I just bought an 8GB iPod Touch 4th generation during the boxing day sale and was wondering if it's possible to return it. I don't want to exchange it for another product, I want to return it for the original price I bought it for. But I was wondering if that's even possible... if it's possible to return my iPod Touch for the price I bought it for. I'm pretty sure I won't get back the tax, but that's okay. Thank you.

Edit: I should probably note that I bought this through the online store using my credit card.

Re: recently bought iPod Touch returns

If it still falls under the return/exchange period, then you will get a full refund, providing it comes in its original packaging (opened is fine) and all the accessories and manuals are with it. You'll also need your receipt.

I'm not sure whether mp3 players and iPods fall under the 14 day return policy or the 30 day one, as it's unclear on the website. However, if it's the 14 day policy, today would be the last day for you to return something bought on 26 December.

Re: recently bought iPod Touch returns

Thanks for the reply. I'm unsure about whether it falls under 14- or 30-day category too but it said the time period starts at the time of invoice, which I think means the time I got billed for it. And I got billed for it as soon as it was delivered to me, which was just this week.
